The Story
Hi, I'm a Singapore real estate salesperson with a background in tech and infrastructure. After years of helping clients navigate property decisions, I noticed a pattern: people were overwhelmed by rules, taxes, and calculations specific to Singapore property.
Information was scattered across government websites, and calculations required spreadsheets or mental gymnastics. I wanted to change that.
PropTech SG is my attempt to bring clarity to Singapore property. I build calculators, write guides, and curate data—all with the goal of helping people make smarter, more informed decisions.
